My New Mac

Well today.....well technically yesterday......i recieved my new macbook. Now to many people this isnt really that big of a deal, but to me it is a sense of freedom. i now have a computer that isnt attached to the walls of my room. i can say what i want when i want to and thats all there is to it. This has allowed me to open up my thought to the whole world (or at least i would like to think of it that way) which is all i asked for. I know not many people, if any, will read this but that fact that there is a possibility that someone will stumble across it makes me happy.

Shootings; Why?

I don't understand how anyone could ever bring a gun or any other weapon to school and kill anyone, especially innocent people that you don't even know. I know they must be psychotic but I don't know why they would do such a thing despite their mental capacity. VT, NIU, and even columbine have been some of the worst school shootings in the U.S., if not the rest of the world. Is there enough security? Well, I don't think that any amount of security will ever make any place safe from desperate and stubborn people. We can do everything that is humanly possible to prevent these kinds of things, but you know what, they will still happen. Unfortunately the world is designed to keep producing these insane people and for some reason they are able to get their hands on weapons and use them to take innocent people's lives. Will there ever be any where you can go and not be around violence? School should be one of those places, free of fear and free of violence. Your only worries should be homework and finals. All I'm saying is that our society needs some reformation and something needs to be done.

MSU

Alright Boilermakers!!!!...What a win last night. Wow, that was a crazy game for sure. Hummel probably didn't know what to with himself. That game started to fall apart for us. Idk what happened, but I do kno that we dissolved during the second half. How did they (MSU) come back from a 16 point deficit??? We also only had one 3-pointer the entire second half: thanks hummel. Anyways, the outcome is all that matters and we will take the win with arms wide open........BOILER UP!!!

Microsoft and Yahoo

As you all may know, Microsoft tried to buy Yahoo. Unfortunately for Microsoft, Yahoo declined. The fact that Microsoft even bid on Yahoo is sort of a punch in the gut. Yahoo's sales have been slipping and they have been suffering. Microsof bid more money than anyone would be able to but thankfully Yahoo declined stating that it wasnt in the best interest of the shareholders. Google of course would still hold the lead even if Yahoo was acquired by Microsoft. Microsoft, your not as good as you think you are. Get over it.

BIG TEN

HELL YEA!!!! so as many of you may know (or not know) Purdue is now on top of the Big Ten....woo hoo. Now we have to top MSU off on monday (the only team that we have played and havent beaten....luckily this time we have hummel). We have to beat them and then Indiana and we are going to clinch the BIG TEN, no doubt. BOILER UP!!!!!

360

Well today I got to play my very own xbox 360, which, i know, its been two years since it came out but its still MINE and i finally own it. I only got one game but i have a feeling if you are to be stuck with one game only for the 360 the Call of Duty 4 is the right game to have. i attempted to sign up for live but for w/e reason my credit card wouldnt work, they said that it was invalid info but i know i put it in correctly.....w/e

Well as you all know, unless you live in a cave, the patriots lot to the Giants.....WOOOOOO HOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!......anyways, I'm upset that the colts didnt make it but at least the pats lost so thats all i care about. they can kiss their perfect season goodbye. :-).....Bill was being a baby by leaving the field. i cant believe that he pouted cuz he lost. what a little baby. anyways, at least the super bowl Title and MVP belong to a manning, maybe not the one that i wanted initially, but at least its in the family. Eli deserved it tho, and i give props to him for beating brady & co. by the way you all should check out the superbowl commercials if you havent seen all of them on myspace.com http://www.myspace.com/superbowlads

well, this is my first blog posting on this

Well, lets start off saying ITS SUPERBOWL WEEKEND!!!!!!!!!!!!.....Despite the fact that i have to root for little manning i cant wait to see the Pat's get their asses handed to them. So long perfect season. Any ways....GO COLTS! and hopefully we do better next season :-). With that said, this weekend's start couldn't be better despite the fact that i work. SNOW!!!!!! i love it. i hope that i get to go sledding but unfortunately i have no gloves or boots. this will be interesting. ne ways, I'm done rambling for now. I'll post another for the possibly one person that might stumble across this for some reason and hope to find something interesting.
